The Easyboot RX is designed for use as a therapy boot, offering stability and support without being heavy or too clunky. |
Each boot comes with a 6mm EasyCare Comfort Pad which provides extra padding and support. This type of boot is aimed at horses with very sore feet from injury or illness such as laminitis, navicular or abscessing. Also suitable for trailering or for horses that have to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods of time.
They can be used for light turnout but if your horse moves around at anything more than a walk they may fall off. Horses that are playful can also undo the velcro and remove the boots too. The tread pattern is classed as semi-aggressive to provide good traction on most surfaces.
Not suitable for riding.
NB: Easycare products are made in China so are cheaper than the competition but over the last 6 months I have heard many people complain of problems with the quality, finish and durability.
Easyboot RX Sizing
The boots come in nine sizes and you are advised to buy bigger sizes if you intend on using bandages or 12mm comfort pads.
